I pursued formal education at the Vocational College for Beekeeping to deepen my knowledge and earned a Journeyman’s Certificate in the trade. Additionally, I trained in honey sensory analysis to refine my ability to detect and describe honey’s subtle flavors and aromas. This blend of science and artistry has shaped how I approach beekeeping and honey production today.

As the founder of Swedish Bee Company, I take immense pride in producing premium Swedish honey under the brand The Honey of Sweden. Our mission is simple: to provide high-quality honey that celebrates Sweden’s pristine landscapes and supports sustainable beekeeping practices.

Furthermore, our bees are in sparsely populated areas surrounded by woodlands, meadows, and small farms. This ensures every harvest is unique in color, taste, and consistency.
