Detta är ett svenskt mathantverk. Vår honungsbalsamvinäger är gjord från grunden och tillverkad av svenska råvaror i Sverige.
Den tillverkas med en unik svensk metod för balsamvinäger som är en kombination mellan Orleans metod i Frankrike och balsamvinägermetoden från Modena Italien. Den reduceras sedan under olika lång tid beroende på hur söt och koncentrerad man vill ha den.
Den är sötsur men inte så skarp som vinäger kan vara.
Tag några droppar som smaksättare på en bit lagrad ost, jordgubbar eller på några salladsblad.
