Description of honey

This is honey from the middle of the summer—the nectar the bees collected in June – July.

The primary sources of nectar are Clover, Linden, and Fireweed. The taste remind us of caramel with a hint of vanilla and at the end there is some sour taste

The geographic origin is in the western part of the county of Småland—a mixed landscape with woodland and meadows, not far from the small town of Gnosjö.
