Vid den s\u00f6dra sluttningen p\u00e5 Hallands\u00e5s I nordv\u00e4stra Sk\u00e5ne ligger Honungsg\u00e5rden p\u00e5 Bj\u00e4re. G\u00e5rden drivs av Monica och hennes man Lars och den har varit I sl\u00e4kten i 13 generationer. Biodling har varit en del av verksamheten i 10-15 \u00e5r. H\u00e4r hittar vi en blandning av skog uppe p\u00e5 Hallands\u00e5s och ett \u00f6ppet landskap l\u00e4ngre ner. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ibland kallas det h\u00e4r omr\u00e5det f\u00f6r Sveriges Provence och varje \u00e5r kommer den f\u00f6rsta tidiga f\u00e4rskpotatisen fr\u00e5n odlare runtomkring.
