Ingredienser
2 1\/2 dl kallt vatten
2 1\/2 dl kall mj\u00f6lk
14g (1 p\u00e5se) torrj\u00e4st
1 dl honung
1 tsk vaniljsocker
1\/2 tsk salt
100g sm\u00f6r
3 \u00e4ggulor
15 dl vetemj\u00f6l
Fyllning samt pensling
150g sm\u00f6r
2 dl str\u00f6socker
1 dl kakao
1 \u00e4gg
S\u00e5 h\u00e4r g\u00f6r du:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Blanda alla torra ingredienser med j\u00e4sten, l\u00e5t vila 5 minuter. Tills\u00e4tt vatten, mj\u00f6lk och honung.
    Anv\u00e4nd g\u00e4rna en k\u00f6ksberedare f\u00f6r att kn\u00e5da degen. L\u00e5t maskinen kn\u00e5da degen ca 10 minuter.
    Kn\u00e5dar du f\u00f6r f\u00f6r hand b\u00f6r du dubbla tiden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. R\u00f6r samman sm\u00f6r, socker och kakao till fyllningen. Ta upp degen p\u00e5 l\u00e4tt mj\u00f6lat bord. Kavla ut
    till en stor rektangel, ca 60x30cm. Bred ut fyllningen en halva av degen och vik sedan \u00f6ver
    den andra delen. Sk\u00e4r degen i ca 25 remsor (ca 1,5-2 cm breda) och vik dem till snurror.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. L\u00e4gg snurrorna p\u00e5 tv\u00e5 bakpapperskl\u00e4dd pl\u00e5tar. T\u00e4ck f\u00f6rst med en bakduk och sedan med
    plastfolie (eller stoppa pl\u00e5ten i en stor plastp\u00e5se) s\u00e5 att inte degen torkar. St\u00e4ll in i kylen ca 12
    timmar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. V\u00e4rm ugnen till 225 grader. Ta fram pl\u00e5tarna ur kylen och l\u00e5t st\u00e5 framme medan ugnen blir
    varm. Pensla bullarna med uppvispat \u00e4gg. Gr\u00e4dda mitt i ugnen ca 15 minuter eller tills de f\u00e5tt
