fram n\u00e4r det \u00e4r dags f\u00f6r en god fika!

200g digestivekex
75g sm\u00f6r
400g f\u00e4rskost
1 dl honung fr\u00e5n The Honey of Sweden
4 \u00e4gg
1 citron
0,75 dl vetemj\u00f6l
1 dl cr\u00e9me fraiche
Topping: 2 dl cr\u00e9me fraiche, citronzest, honung
S\u00e5 h\u00e4r g\u00f6r du:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 170 grader. Krossa digestivekexen antingen f\u00f6rhand eller med en matberedare\/
    stavmixer. Sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6ret och blanda med de krossade digestivekexen. Kl\u00e4 botten p\u00e5 en form
    (ca 22-23 cm i diameter med l\u00f6stagbar kant) med bakpl\u00e5tspapper. Tryck ut blandningen
    ordentligt i botten. St\u00e4ll kakformen i kylen medan resten blir f\u00e4rdigt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. R\u00f6r ihop f\u00e4rskosten med honung (v\u00e4rm eventuellt f\u00f6rst upp honung s\u00e5 den f\u00e5r en l\u00f6sare
    konsistens) till en sl\u00e4t smet. Tills\u00e4tt \u00e4ggen, ett i taget, under omr\u00f6rning. Blanda i skal och saft
    fr\u00e5n citronen, mj\u00f6l och cr\u00e9me fraiche.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Ta ut formen ur kylen. H\u00e4ll i smeten. Skaka g\u00e4rna formen lite l\u00e4tt s\u00e5 att smeten s\u00e4tter sig
    ordentligt. St\u00e4ll in l\u00e4ngst ner i ugnen. Gr\u00e4dda kakan i 60 minuter. St\u00e4ng sedan av v\u00e4rmen och
    l\u00e5t kakan svalna i ugnen under ytterligare en timme. St\u00e4ll in i kylsk\u00e5pet minst 30 minuter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Ta ut kakan ur kylen. Blanda cr\u00e9me fraiche med skal fr\u00e5n en citron. Toppa cheesecake med
    blandningen. Avsluta med att ringla \u00f6ver honung. Servera!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n
