2 tsk kanel
0,5 dl rapsolja
1 dl russin
1 dl kokoschips

  1. S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 175 grader. L\u00e4gg bakpl\u00e5tspapper p\u00e5 en ugnspl\u00e5t.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Blanda havregryn, pumpak\u00e4rnor, solrosk\u00e4rnor, sesamfr\u00f6n och hackade n\u00f6tter i en sk\u00e5l. Blanda
    vatten med honung, kanel och rapsolja i en kastrull. V\u00e4rm blandningen tills honungen \u00e4r helt
    sm\u00e4lt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. R\u00f6r ned blandningen med de torra ingredienserna. Blanda runt och f\u00f6rdela sedan ut m\u00fcslin p\u00e5
    pl\u00e5ten. Rosta m\u00fcslin i mitten av ugnen i ca 30 minuter eller tills den f\u00e5tt fin f\u00e4rg. R\u00f6r runt d\u00e5
